 This hat be our Custom Movie Version Barbosa. This weathered beauty shows the wear of the many adventures & battles of the notorious  Captain Barbosa. It features sword scalloped edges, musket ball hole, black and chocolate brown Ostrich feathers, one Pheasant feather and a black, leather hat band with aged silver buckle.  Acrylic Treatment gives this hat it's dull, rough, worn texture and protects the wearer from the elements.

This be the New Elizabeth Swann hat Captain Jack's version of the hat worn by Elizabeth in Pirates of The Caribbean II. This Tricorn hat features hand whip stitched corners and is mottled Brown and Black color. This weathered and rumpled hat looks well seasoned straight out of the box. Pictured: Acrylic Treated, Oil Wax also be available. 

This Captain Jack's original be as unique in style as the  Pirate it be named after, Stede Bonnet, a successful British Army Major with no nautical background, who had substantial land in Barbadoes. At his own expense, paid cash for a Sloop with ten cannons and hired a crew of seventy questionable men. Without word to his wife he set sail one night and "went on account". It was rumored that his mind had become "unbalanced" from his wifes constant nagging.  

 This hat be made of high quality wool felt. It features high sides and back, with a pronounced cleft in the front peak. Trim be available in blue, red, or gold leaf.

The Filibuster: be a Buccaneer / MacKay hybrid with the Copy written MacKay Biforcated Front and the Buccaneer (copy written) drop back. This Hat  is the Mackay's  personal favorite. Ye can have the edges untrimmed for a truly unique one of a kind Pirate Hat with a treasure Chest worth of character. Add Buttons  and feathers
As with all Captain Jack's Pirate Hats made in wool felt, it can be Plain, Acrylic treated or Oil/wax treated. Priced without buttons $80.  $130.  $140. Or have it made in Cashmere Felt for $225.

Captain Jack's "Straw Dog" Hat Series 

These style all be made of 100 percent American Yellow Straw. (All hat styles be available in straw. Excluding the Skallywagg and size 25" hats). Take a gander at the texture and color of Straw.

Captain Jack's "Marooned" Hat Series 

These styles all be woven from natural seagrass. (All hat styles be available in seagrass. Excluding the Skallywagg and size 25" hats.) Take a gander and the color and texture of natural sea grass.

Captain Jack's "18th Century Cocked Hat" Series 

These hats are featured in untreated cashmere felt. This be the elegant Captain Jack's hat. Softer texture, rich in their simplicity, more unique colors, customize with the addition of fine feathers and buttons. (All hat styles be available in cashmere. Excluding the Skallywagg and size 25" hats.) Take a gander at all the fine colors that be available in cashmere.

All styles of wool felt hats be available in three different finishes to fit yer needs and yer budget:

Untreated - This is natural stiffened wool felt, with no treatment. It offers minimal weather resistance and is not recommended for wearing repeatedly in ocean squalls. Economy price range.

Acrylic Treated - This offers moderate weatherproofing and gives the hat a dull matte finish, great for a weathered look. Middle price range.

Oil/Wax Treated - This offers maximum weatherproofing, and most closely replicates the old world method and look of treating seafaring hats with tar pitch, bees wax or animal fat. Without the mess or smell. Captain Jack uses a modern oil/wax hybrid. Upper price range.

Hat Buttons  

All standard hats (except the Barbosa style) are available with buttons instead of leather tacking, to hold up (or cock) the sides of the hat. They can be used on any style hat, with any treatment. Button size: 1.25".

They be available in Silver, Gold, Antique Silver, & Bronze.
